On Jan 15-16, 2026, NTNU organized the Security Divas 2026 conference, providing a platform for women in cybersecurity to network and discuss. This year’s edition was held at Quality Strand Hotel Gjøvik in Norway, and featured a full program of presentations and panels on different aspects of cybersecurity in Norway and beyond.
In this event, Prof. Simone Fischer-Hübner from TRUMAn partner Karlstad University was invited as panelist on the topic of “Empowering diversity in Engineering- success stories from the Nordics“, where she gave a broad overview of topics related to artificial intelligence, trustworthiness, and the specific role of women in this arena.
